Portal eJST – electronic public services and appointment management
Portal eJST is an online platform designed to support communication between local government offices, residents and businesses. The platform allows users to access selected public services electronically, submit forms and declarations, review information about their obligations, access documents and arrange appointments with the office.
The purpose of Portal eJST is to make public services more accessible and to simplify the handling of administrative matters. Residents can use the available online services, while authorized office employees can manage submitted requests, appointments and other matters processed through the system.
Appointment management
Portal eJST includes an appointment management module. It allows residents to select an available appointment date and enables authorized office operators to manage scheduled appointments and organize their working calendar.
Google Calendar integration
Authorized office operators may voluntarily connect their Google account to the Portal eJST appointment management system. Google sign-in is used only to authorize access to the operator's Google Calendar and enable calendar synchronization.
After the operator grants permission, Portal eJST uses Google Calendar access to create and update calendar events associated with appointments scheduled in the Portal eJST system. This integration helps operators keep their appointment schedule consistent between Portal eJST and Google Calendar.
Access to Google Calendar is used exclusively for providing the calendar synchronization functionality requested by the operator. Google account data is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties.
Connecting a Google account is optional and is intended only for authorized operators who use the appointment management module. Residents and other users do not need to sign in with Google to use the remaining features of Portal eJST.
Privacy and user control
The operator decides whether to connect a Google account and grants access through Google's authorization screen. The connection may be removed by disconnecting the integration in Portal eJST or by revoking the application's access in the Google Account security settings.
